Clearwater Police Department TRAFFIC REMINDER: If your travels take you in the heart of Clearwater today, be aware that the 2014 Color Run could affect your commute. There will be detours on Drew Street and Cleveland Street from San Remo to Coachman Park from 9 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m. There also may be delays on Fort Harrison, Hillcrest and Myrtle avenues. Residents are encouraged to use alternate routes such as Highland Avenue, Palmetto Street and Court Street to avoid traffic delays.
