Featured Exercises: ☀️Reverse Fly ☀️Lat Pull Down ☀️Bow and Arrow ☀️Reverse Circles ☀️1 arm Pull Downs ☀️1 arm Rows ➡️Do each exercise for 20 reps. ➡️Move from 1 exercise to the next until you have completed them all. ➡️Rest for 30 secs- 1 min ➡️Repeat 2 more rotations Tag a friend to do this with you!
