Client Review & Pictures of Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar! (Punta Cana) (Jr. Suite Deluxe-11/08/2014-7NTS) Hi Marcy!! We had a great time, thank you!! The flights: to Punta Cana was nice cause we had movies to watch, coming back we didnt but still none the less was fine ! Transfers: once we got to Atlanta the line for customs was terribly long in which we could of potentially missed our flight back to Pittsburgh but there is actually an app on iPhones that is called mobile passport and lets you skip the entire customs line if your have it programmed in on your phone ..nice tip for any future travelers youll have :) Beach: beautiful, no complaints Pool: refreshing and nice Service: the people are friendly and welcoming Food: our favorite restaurants were garden grill and don Pablo once we figured out you needed a reservation for any of the restaurants! but otherwise the classic club sandwich from room service was excellent ha! :) Rooms: no complaints but would definitely always want to be placed in villa 60 since it was perfect location to beach and pool :) Entertainment : the theater was really nice and we saw the burlesque show Would you return: yes Would your recommend to this resort: yes (already have to a couple getting married in June for their honeymoon! ) How did you find our service: online / Google Satisfied with service received : absolutely !! Would you recommend service to family and friends : already have - you guys were so helpful !! Additional comments: thank you so much for everything, because of you we were able to have such a nice relaxing vacation while enjoying the beautiful weather :)! The concierge guy who checked us in did do something really nice for my birthday, decorated door and brought me a cake but Im not sure if its cause my sister mentioned it to our concierge or not while I was filling out forms and they were talking but none the less it was very nice..Ill send the pics! And the reservations were not made in advance for when we got there. Once we told the guy who checked us in we wanted a few reservations after we found out you needed them he then made most of them, otherwise they make you go to guest services before 6pm to make them and you can make them for the whole week or just day by day!
