There are offices in 18 locations across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT. An opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our successful team based in Penrith. You will be joining an office with a strong reputation for results and quality of service to clients. Reporting to the Practice Manager the role works hand in hand with the Companys financial planners to establish, maintain and develop long term sustainable client relationships. As part of your development you will be provided with mentoring and ongoing training to develop your skills and extensive. To succeed you should have the following:- -Previous client service/ contact centre experience (preferably within the financial services industry. -Excellent communication skills (phone and written) -Strong attention to detail -Have outstanding customer service approach -Able to work cohesively in a small, dedicated team environment -High integrity and ethics -Proactive and pragmatic approach to meeting client needs Exposure to both superannuation and unit trust products and industry qualifications (RG 146) would be highly regarded.
