Client service Executive (IMMEDIATE VACANCIES) inbound (Normal working hour) Responsibilities: • To receive calls pertaining to Insurance sales service & up-selling across the entire product portfolio. • To manage, collate and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis. • To participate in any sales activities as and when required by the management. • Sales-oriented, dynamic & persuasive. • Work towards achieving appointment target and KPI . • Inbound call environments on average 80 calls perday. Requirements: • SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field. • Sales experience or cold calling in any related field will have an added advantage . • Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia and typing skills. • Must be willing to work in Subang Empire Tower, near to KTM subang, 10minit walking distance. • Not from Insurance background or Insurance Agent • Prefer from Banking or Call centre environments Work Hours: • Monday to Friday – 9.30am to 6.30pm • Saturday – 9.30am to 1.30pm • Salary Without Experience is RM1.800 to 2.200k • With Experience RM2.200 to 2.500 • Open race /Open Gender • Age limit 21 to 35 • Permanent position (Probation 3 Month) • All candidates that selected for the role will be given training for 5day. • No transport provided • Tentative start date after deepavali 23rd of Oct 2014 • Total headcount 15 to 20 Benefits package: • No medical card • Epf /Sosco • Annual leave • Performance Bonus 400 (if meet the kpi number of appointment) PLEASE SENT YOUR RESUME career3@ttsearch OR CALL ME AT 0167165007
