Clients: I had a 9 hour back to back day yesterday. I book my appointments Minimum 15 mins apart max 30 mins. Inevitably one will come late the next comes early. But I have a lovely reception room and give each client their full sessions unless I end up with this type of situation. Client comes 15 mins late for an hour appointment and then says with no acknowledgement or apology for being late: I want a 90 min session today. I replied: Sorry but you booked an hour which you are currently 15 mins late for and my next appointment is it at 4:15. The client was put out and kept complaining- normally I would have given him his full hour and butted him right up against the next the client. Instead I ended the session at the scheduled time. Always respect yourself and your business.
