Clifton Avenue lane and full closures scheduled Hamilton County (Friday, July 19, 2013) – Pavement work will require lane closures on Clifton Avenue. From 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night the week of July 22, there will be various lane closures on Clifton Avenue under Interstate 75. Also during this week, between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. there will be intermittent 30 minute full closures on Clifton Avenue. Traffic will be maintained by local law enforcement officers. Arrow boards and/or a portable message board are in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming lane and full lane closure. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
