We are growing so quickly we need a Clinical Lead with the ambition of being a future manager. With Care UK’s “Develop Me” and “Managers of the Future” programs we are looking for a highly skilled nurse who could develop into a senior trainer, mentor and manager. With over 10 brand new state of the art homes being built every year, Care UK is an exciting place to be. The Home •Cleves Place is located in the attractive town of Haverhill, Suffolk. Care UK’s Cleves Place will be one of 10 new premier residential, nursing and dementia care homes being opened by Care UK in Suffolk. •Offering the highest standard of care for older people in a new, modern and purpose-built facility. We believe in delivering a totally personal service here at Cleves Place. •Our highly trained teams get to know each resident as an individual to give them the tools to live the most fulfilling life they can. •60 bed facility with state of the art Nursing and Dementia facilities including a in home cinema, café and Wellbeing Centre The Role •You will be a qualified and experienced nurse (RGN / RMN) who has a proven track record •You will provide leadership within the clinical team and be a Clinical Lead that leads by example and acts as a champion for resident’s safety and dignity. •To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines •Be a supportive mentor to the wider team in regards to up skilling non clinical staff and supporting new members of the team. •Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used •Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice Skills and experiences RGN or RMN is essential along with evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice).
