This book has change my life in becoming a more magnetic person by boosting up my sales and creating a good friendship with my boss and my coworkers because they want me to be there and I am somebody that they associate positivity and create a good work environment . No brainer right? Well most people focus on quality of work and tend to not focus on others motives. Learning to ask the right questions makes me a trustworthy coworker despite not being as qualified as someone that works more. This was a mistake I used to make at my workplace I used to believe that my quality of work was more important than building professional friendships because it was unprofessional, but this is important because it creates trust. So becoming a magnetic leader is not only great for having more happiness but also it builds good team work when you know how to speak to people. People want to hear about themselves and know you care. A simple question about their daughter or how their day has been so far eases down tension as they vent and feel youre someone they can trust . Hence more recommendations and good image to your boss .success is based on networking , focusing on others and building good rapport with coworkers. #personaldevelopment
