Clip from one of my leg day exercises. These are pause squats (paused at the bottom for a count of 5 each rep) I used lighter weight on these. I also did 4 sets of normal squats(135), hack squats, DB lunges, and front squats. Not a ton of exercises, but all effective ones! I could lift all day, but you really dont need to be spending a ton of time lifting!
