At that time, I represented people who were sued in accident cases. This case involved a sledding accident involving a 34 year old man who was going down a hill on a flying saucer and at the base of the hill hit something causing him to fly off the flying saucer and break his tailbone. The injured victim then sued the resort in the Poconos. I represented the resort owner in this lawsuit.
