Cloud Of Witnesses “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a wayto escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13 (KJV) Beloved, understand that God has a pathway for every one of us and it is revealed to us from the standpoint of the word of God. The bible tells us that Abraham, the father of faith, lied about his wife that she was his sister. Even as anointed as hewas, he had a weakness. Peter too, as anointed as he was had anger problems, remember how he cut the ears of Marcus in the presence of Jesus. The bible is full of examples for us to see, of peoplewho in spite of their anointing had weaknesses. Sowhy do you think you are the only one with those weaknesses? No, God knows you will encounter such somewhere along the way so he has left us with clouds of witnesses and you are not alone. So be encouraged. When you are experiencing tough seasons, the real big issues hit you, not the mundane, little issues of what people did or did not do to you. Whatever your situation, be ever thankful to God that He is in control, He has you at heart and He is working out the best concerning you. Don’t be unduly concerned about minor issues of how people treated you. If you have a very big worrisome report from your doctor, won’t you be pre-occupied with how to live first? Thank God always that the worst did not happen to you, there are too many people today who are concerned with little things because they have not seen problems yet. May God never allow you to see such problems. Finally, child of God remember that there is no temptation that has come upon you that is uncommon, meaning that God is aware of it and this too shall pass away. God will not allow it to end your life. Remember the scriptures say that God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tried beyond your elasticity and He will also make a way of escape for you. May you always locate your way of escape. Just as they could not hold Jesus down, they will not be able to hold you. The snare is broken and you will escape them in Jesus name.
