Cloud cover will continue to move in from the south overnight - TopicsExpress

Cloud cover will continue to move in from the south overnight tonight and all day Saturday. The humidity has also been increasing hour by hour. Expect a the chance of rain to hold off until Saturday evening. This chance will increase overnight Saturday into Sunday. During the late morning hours on Sunday a large area of rain will slowly move in from the south. Once the steady rain begins on Sunday expect it to last in your area for the rest of the day. The rain will begin to taper off late Monday morning. Some areas will see over an inch of rain Sunday into Monday. We could have a few thunderstorms but the threat for anything strong is very low. Morning lows will be in the 60s. Afternoon highs will return to the lower 80s on Saturday but due to the cloud cover and rain we are only expecting highs in the lower 70s Sunday afternoon. Once the rain moves in Sunday the temperatures will likely fall back into the middle to upper 60s. Warmer weather will return later next week but another storm system coming in next weekend will deliver a round of showers and storms. Behind the cold front next weekend expect some of the coolest weather so far this season around the 6th of October. Have a great weekend.
