Cloudy and COLD tonight, lows in the low teens to single digits. The wind will stay breezy, so wind chills will be at or below zero! With a lot of water on roads and temperatures WELL below freezing, be alert for poor driving conditions. Snow showers and flurries will be scattered about, a coating for the lowlands, higher elevations could see an inch or two. Not much change on Tuesday, staying very cold with highs in the teens and low 20s. Spotty flurries will be possible during the day! Another cold morning Wednesday with lows in the teens/single digits. More sun in the afternoon, highs in the middle 30s. A weak front drops in on Thursday with a few early snow showers, otherwise partly sunny with highs in the middle 30s again. WVU football looks dry and chilly. Friday, mostly sunny and low 30s. MUCH warmer this weekend, partly cloudy Saturday, highs in the middle 40s. Scattered rain showers Sunday and Monday, highs in the middle 50s to 60 degrees. Stay safe! JP
