Club Welfare Officer Support and Information Events As part of the ongoing support Sheffield and Hallamshire County FA provides to our network of volunteer Welfare Officers, all Club Welfare Officers (CWOs) are invited to attend a Support and Information Event. The theme of these sessions are around responsibilities and requirements of grassroots football in relation to the Protection of Freedoms Act (POFA). It is therefore extremely important that all CWOs make every effort to attend. There is no cost to attend but you must be the CWO or Assistant CWO for an affiliated Youth/Junior Club in this area.
