Coach Luka goes through a movement from the ground up flow sequence of pressing. This is advanced and you have to have good core stability and hip mobility as well as shoulder stability and thoracic mobility. Start light and work on technique. After a couple of round with the 24kg, this is a drop down to the 20kg (this is used as a finisher in this situation but is even better served for a pressing day).
