Coast To Coast AM: Area 51, The Alien Presence & UFO Cover-Ups! Host: George Knapp Guest: World Reknown Pilot John Lear Guest host George Knapp (Area 51 Stories) welcomed retired airline captain and son of the inventor of the Learjet, John Lear, who discussed the inside story of Area 51, Bob Lazar, and other ufology-related topics. Lear shared details of the time he trespassed into Area 51, as well as provided insight into some of the startling revelations he made in his 1987 statement on the alien presence and UFO cover-up. According to Lear, there are several species of aliens at Area 51, and the US government has made a deal with them, agreeing to ignore abductions and cattle mutilations in exchange for their advanced technology. Lear claimed that more than 1 in 10 Americans have been abducted for alien experimentation. Lear talked about his relationship with Bob Lazar, who he said was a skeptic at the time of their first meeting. Lear answered critics who believe he and Lazar were working together as disinformation agents for the government. Lear also entertained the idea that he may have been played by Area 51 officials through Lazar to release information. In the final hour, Gene Huff, the man who introduced Lear to Lazar, phoned into the show.
