Coconut Adai Ingredients: 1 cup rice 1 cup rice flour 1 cup coconut salt Method: 1.Soak idli rice for 2 hrs. 2.Grind idli rice in a grinder finely add rice flour,coconut,salt.Make the batter thick. 3.Spread in a dosa tawa like adai and roast on both sides. 4.Serve with chutney. Pudhina Rajma Masala: Ingredients: 1 cup rajma 5 mushrooms 1 potato 5 babycorn pudhina few 2 cloves 1 cinnamon 1 tbsp fennel seeds curry leaves few 1 onion 1 tomato 3 - 4 red chillies 3 garlic 1 inch ginger oil Method: 1.Soak rajma for 8 hrs.Boil rajma and potato in a pressure for 3 whistles and keep aside. 2.grind cloves,cinnamon,fennel seeds,onion,tomoto,red chillies,pudhina,garlic,ginger and keep aside. 3.In a pan- oil-add onion fry add the grinded masala for 5 mins.add babycorn cook for 5 mins. 4.add mushroom fry for 5 mins add rajma n potato and mix well.add salt. 5.cook for 10 mins till everything mix well till thick consistency. 6.Garnish with coriander leaves.
