Code 3 Spices took grand championship this weekend in Florissant Missouri allowing us to compete in the whose who of BBQ in Las Vegas and the American Royal. This is a massive accomplishment considering the premier level of competition that was there. We are very blessed and humbled. The greatest thing about taking Grand Champion at this event is that the money was raised for Florissant Mo. First responders and The BackStoppers Inc.. It was fitting and we are humbled. First place ribs, second place pork, third place chicken and 10th place brisket with a non sanctioned number count for chefs choice which was a New York strip with blue cheese crumbles and bacon wrapped shrimp. We have the greatest fans, friends and supporters. We want to thank Mojobricks Baumanns Fine Meats, Rockwood Charcoal, Wooden Nickel, PitmasterIQ BBQ Anhueser Busch/Donnewald Distributing and all of our fellow competitors. So thank you very much to all. We take great pride and continue to be humble as we spread our message about our products and causes.
