Cold water shower challenge To raise awareness for idopathic pulmonary fibrosis A mate has this terrible illness, theres no cure and not alot is known about it apart from the fact that you find it increasingly difficult to breathe, your lungs seize up and without a transplant things get grim fast. The cold shower gives a milliseconds insight into how he feels all the time, gasping for breath Id never heard of it before he got it.
