College of the Canyons was not selected by members of the California Community Colleges Board of Governors as one of the 15 colleges to have the ability to provide four-year Bachelor’s degrees, officials said Tuesday. Chancellor Brice Harris and State Senator Marty Block released the news Tuesday afternoon.
