Colorado State University’s Everitt Real Estate Center will present its annual forecast of the 2014 commercial and residential real estate market from 3:30-7 p.m. Thursday at the Embassy Suites Loveland, 4705 Clydesdale Pkwy. The forecast will address issues including a shortage of residential building lots, major risks and upsides to the market, and continued cost increases, according to Eric Holsapple, the center’s executive director. CSU researchers will address the Northern Colorado residential and commercial markets, major developments coming in the next year, economic changes that may impact regional business, and trends that will shape the real estate profession.
