Colorado does a really good job trying to save dogs that are about to be euthanized from other states but eventually the amount of puppies and dogs that are brought into our state each week is going to catch up to us. Especially when these puppies are going to rescues that do not do quality adoptions. If we have 100 or so dogs coming over state lines a week..how many of those are going to end up in Colorado shelters or on Craigslist? Eventually the band aid has to come off...you have to fix the wound
