Comcast has the most horrible customer service Ive ever encountered. First, the technician was late coming. Then called to tell me it was my fault for not confirming my appointment (which I had). Then the dispatcher blamed me for the wrong address being in their system. When I corrected it, she said they couldnt come today (despite it still being my appointment time.) Called the main office, got put on hold for nearly 20 minutes while they tried to work it out, offered all but no apology, and the soonest they could come was Thursday. (My initial appointment window was today from noon-2pm.) I explained that I work from home and not having internet (that Im paying for) is unacceptable, and I expected in installed today as wed agreed, or they would no longer have my business. They made literally zero effort to accommodate me in any way and as such have lost my business. Good riddance.
