Comcast is a perfect example of what is wrong with the economy. Regardless of whether their product is inferior or not. They should have about 3 times as many employees as they have . 45 minute phone calls and 1 hour to wait in line at their store. They should be regulated, they obviously are a monopoly and many people have no cable choices in their area and are stuck with one provider. Shoprite or Acme or any other business couldn’t get away with customer arrogance (service) such as they do.
