Comcast just cant stop making my life miserable. In order to please me for all the lousy customer service lately, they gave me a free DVR for the next 2 years. I picked it up today. They said Oh, its easy to install. I did everything right. I tried to activate it and the signal is not working. 2 hours of trying to get tech support on the phone and 3 tries with the signal. Theyre sending someone out from 2-4 pm tomorrow to fix it.
