Come celebrate Independence Day Eve at Konos! From the sushi bar we have a negitoro (ahi and green onion) and avocado roll with a wafudashi marmalade and finished with tobiko. Out the the pizza oven we will be serving a roasted garlic, spinach and bacon pizza. Tonights Fresh catch is a seafood trio featuring Cajun dusted monchong, steamed clams, and one large prawn over wild mushroom and saffron risotto and finished with a chipotle cream.
