Come on there is NFW we are going to let this happen! cynical political move. Pass a law that you know is unconstitutional and will probably be challenged by athiests, ACLU, the Feds or some other group that are not supportive of the conservative or evangelical cause. However, the state will have to waste millions of taxpayers money defending this obviously unconstitutional law ...but of course then They get to campaign that they are defending christianity...They get to declare they are fighting those freedom-stealing Liberals who are impinging on states right They get to campaign that America was founded on Judeo-christian principles and that the challenge by the federal government is just more evidence that we have an unchristian-Prez who is trying to impose his religion and s..o...c..ia..l....i..s..m on the nation....
