Come out to the Beachside Bistro on March 14th at 8PM for a wine tasting and dinner. The Executive Chef John D Romm doesnt disappoint with his creative talents! We love him! This event is somewhere between a wine tasting and wine dinner. Small plates of food will accompany each course. The tasting menu is: with Riesling; grilled veggie crostini with blue cheese/cream cheese with Chardonnay; turkey, brie and cranberry aioli atop grilled sweet roll with Pinot Grigio; mini crab cake with Merlot; mushroom risotto with beef medallion with Pinot Noir; chicken and pork jambalaya with Cabernet Sauvignon; dark chocolate brownie with tart cherries
