The Professors Pale Ale 5.6% ABV, 39 IBUs The Professor is one smart cookie and prefers a more sessionable beer so he can keep his wits about him. You know, in case he needs to signal a plane or build transmitter out of a radio. This very quaffable brew is crafted with just two malt varieties, two hop varieties, and one great yeast strain. We did not dry-hop this beer and we serve it unfiltered. The handsome qualities of this debonair brew are in its simplicity.
