“Come to the Table – Celebrating the Flavors of Arkansas is the theme for Heritage Month this year. Ever wonder what people ate or how they prepared food 150 years ago? Living historian Dyan Bohnert will present a program for the Civil War Roundtable of the Delta on Monday, May 12, and talk about just that. She will demonstrate how to prepare pie without a crust, how to make sweet potato coffee, and how to create rose-ade, a Delta specialty. The program will begin at 6p.m. at Beth El Heritage Hall.
