Comentarios de algunos creativos del medio sobre Pirouette I loved Pirouette. Its hard to think up a more story-friendly setting than an old-timey circus, and Mark L. Miller and Carlos Granda truly make the most of it. Bring on issue 2! – Charles Soule (writer of Death of Wolverine, Superman/Wonder Woman) “A creepy, down and dirty book about a young circus girl crying the tears of a clown. Great atmosphere and detail. You can hear the carnival barker the minute you open the cover as you realize theres more to this three ring circus than meets the eye.” – Peter J. Tomasi (writer of Batman & Robin, The Light Brigade) Pirouette is a chaotic carnival of darkness filled with memorable characters and expressive art. – Jim Zub (writer of Samurai Jack, Wayward) Ever want to run away and join the circus? PIROUETTE is one circus you need to RUN TO YOUR COMIC STORE and join before it sells out! A deadly mystery and a wondrous art team will have you visiting this side-show over and over again! (and clowns normally scare the crap out of me, but Im still on board for this ride!) – Jim McCann (writer of Return of the Dapper Men, Lost Vegas) “Come one, come all, step right up to see what is guaranteed to be the most thrilling, emotional heart wrenching, breathtakingly visually outstanding, without a doubt, one of THE best comics of the year. Not only have Miller and Granda raised the metaphorical creative bar, the bastards up and stole the damn thing, and if issue one of Pirouette is any sign, they have no intention of giving it back. Ain’t too much sadder than the tears of a clown but in this case, for us lucky readers who manage to snag a copy, it’s tears of joy at the wonder that is Pirouette. So please excuse the roar of the applause. This may take a while. - Raven Gregory (writer of The Wonderland Trilogy, Fly, The Waking, Irresistible) “Pirouette! Circus’ have always scared me and now Mark Miller and Carlos Granda have done a book that scares me in a different way, It is SCAREY GREAT!!!!!!!!! Beautiful!!!!!!!!!! Makes me want to work harder!!!!!!” geof darrow (Shaolin Cowboy)
