Comets you need to get involved in these classes as well. The girls should be getting stronger right now! Just follow the the age group classes listed below. It is that time of year again in baseball when our players should be focused on getting stronger, more agile, gaining more body awareness. Our new classes are tailored for each age group of what they should be working on in the OFF SEASON of baseball. As baseball players there is not really an off season, as this sport has so many dynamics that come together for a player to master to become a great player it is a 12 month commitment!!! This is the time of year where our players should be really focused on getting stronger, faster, and gaining alot of body control. Please take advantage of these class times through the winter months before Little League rolls around. They will not only Stronger, this will also help prevent injury! Please sign up at the front desk. Classes will begin this week starting today. The schedule is at the bottom, and I will post on the board as well. THIS NEW SCHEDULE STARTS TONIGHT!!!!!!! Youth Balance, Strength and Agility classes ages (7-14) / High School Ages 7-10: These classes will be focusing primarily on creating balance and stability within the body. By being able to help these young students of sport understand the importance of balance and stability it will allow them to create the necessary base to perform sport activities. We will also be focusing on very simple plyometric activities that will incorporate on the balance and stability created. The young athlete will come out of this class with a stronger core, legs, shoulder stability, and upper body strength improvement. Each athlete will develop the necessary body awareness needed to perform sport activities. Ages 11-12: These classes will be focusing on making sure the athlete has the foundation of balance and stability while performing movements. We will be developing balance and stability at levels that require a foundation. If you do not have proper foundation you will be asked to join the 8-10 year old class until proper foundation in created. Don’t take this as a negative but a great chance to go back to basics and build that proper base! This class will consist of stability and plyometric movements that will help to achieve maximum athleticism. Having the ability to control the body and movement will give you the best chance at succeeding in sport The athlete will come out of this class with a stronger core, legs, shoulder stability, and upper body strength improvement. Athleticism will be improved! Ages 13-14: These classes will be focusing on building the proper core strength and dynamic power needed to perform at high-level athletics. Each athlete will walk out of these classes with an understanding of body awareness and strength needed to take their game to the next level. By creating a stronger core, legs, shoulder stability, and upper body strength it will give the athlete the best chance to succeed.
