It requires a lot of listening, stillness and waiting. Classes are small with longer hands-on practice time and review, so students can feel confident putting new skills to work with clients the next day. Students with previous craniosacral training have found that this training deepens current skills, and provides many new and alternate techniques that are easier to do. One client gave me a $75 tip! I told him he paid me too much. He said, “. . . its well worth it!” At the next session he said hed have to take it (the tip) down to $55 because he would be scheduling every week from now on. The coursework, taught by Ann Hoeffel, draws on everything she’s learned about cranial work since 1986: integrating Ortho-Bionomy with Upledger-style work, Arthur Pauls’ Cranial Energy Work, years of experience and research, and Ann’s process for Holding Space, which facilitates deep releases that so often seem elusive for many clients. Additions to and options for the traditional craniosacral techniques are included. Ann’s integrated approach is unique.
