Coming back to the Thinkers CD I think the best track on it is Tell Me Ma or as its otherwise known The Belle of Belfast City. Sometimes the old ones are the best. I personally think it should be sung by a woman and I cant think of a better version than Kirsty Maccolls. Its actually the anniversary of her death next week and it almost breaks my heart when I think of how she died - it was a tragedy. She was such a talented woman. Its also such a shame that the Justice For Kirsty campaign has had to cease its activities. However Ive been reading that her mother is still campaigning to make life safer for tourists abroad and I wish her all the best with that and with the memorial for Kirsty that shes working on.
