Comment: Myrtle Kiplinger, age 90, my aunt. Had her car hit by a cart mover in Winco parking lot. Their insurance sent her to Folsom lake Toyota for repair. She asked that they provide her with transportation. They told her Enterprise would have a car for her when she dropped her car off. When she picked up the Enterprise car she was told that she needed damage insurance, that she would have to provide. She told them that she had Geico and AAA. They told her that unless she had the damage waver she would be responsible for any damage to the car. So upon there promoting she agreed to the 8.99 per day fee, its only 3 days. the repair was supposed to take 3 days, it took 11 days, the car had no charge for mileage or gas. She drove it home, to the doctor and back to Enterprise or Toyota. Instead of charging Travelers Insurance the source of the rental (agreement No 7TX74Z)they charged Her credit card was charged for 98.00 for 11 days. I do not think this was done fairly and I think they took advantage of my aunts age and nature. I think this shifty practice is done on a regular basis to people renting cars that already pay for insurance. Please let me know if you have been bullied into paying for insurance when renting a car when you already have insurance
