This was my first more serious narrative short film that I made on my own. Its meant to be a high concept science fiction idea that has a more character centered and understated narrative. I hope that you find it interesting. It is my application film for the USC School of Cinematic Arts and the NYU Kanbar Institute as well as the LMU School of Film and Television. Prompt: Create a brief narrative video in which you had a major creative role. The video can be either live-action or animation, fiction or documentary, but it should reflect your aesthetic tastes and intellectual and emotional interests. (No longer than five minutes.) The short film was shot on a Nikon D700 and the Canon 5D Mark III. We had some problems acquiring the rental equipment and had to shoot some of the film with equipment that I already had but I think it turned out alright.
