#CommentBallito - I am disgusted with the service that my mum and I received from Steers Ballito. Mum orders a banana milkshake, lady repeats our entire order for us, Which included a banana milkshake and we said yes thats correct, She spends about 10 minutes making it for us, which was fine we did not mind waiting. She then hand us a Strawberry Milkshake, Mum politely says we wanted banana she arrogantly looks at my mum with a pissed of look on her face and says YOU SAID STRAWBERRY. I then say No she said Banana she then looks at me and stubbornly says no she said Strawberry. I said no Banana she says strawberry, Can you believe that an employee is arguing with a customer so arrogantly, She then starts sweating (as she is now extremely pissed off as all the customers can see) she looks the other way and a lady behind us says you guys did say banana, I was standing behind you guys We thank the lady and I said to the employee this lady here heard us saying banana she just looks at us, Leaves everything NO APOLOGY or anything and walks away while another gentleman finishes our order and apologies to us which he did not have to do, I then ask the gentleman what the ladys name is and he says Nicole, Shes our manager !!!! How can a manager act in this disgusting arrogant, pathetic way, Arnt the customers always right and in this case we were right. No apology from her or anything. I dont want to even enter the Steers in Ballito again.
