Commercial Manager Qualifications, experience, skills University degree preferably MBA 10-15 years in the relevant field Training courses in marketing and sales training courses in management skills Main tasks and responsibilities - Ensure proper implementation of the business plan & sales marketing policy. - Participate & develop a challenging annual sales plan for new and existing customers that would ensure growth in volume and market share - Guide and motivate the business participants towards the achievement of their objectives, through personal contact and good communication - Sharing the top management to set the business strategy short and long term. - Control the achievement of the business plan by effective monitoring of the work of commercial organization and prompt action to correct short comings. - Be keenly aware of customer satisfaction, which includes attention to details and quick response insistence on the highest standards of customer service within sales organization - Pay special attention to customers’ complaints; work closely with sales participants to resolve any customer complaint in the shortest time possible. - Very close follow up & full support to the business team in the collection process. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive database on the market, key customers and complaints. - Manage day-to-day activities of sales participants within their territories. - To perform any administrative work as requested by top management whether periodical or occasional on sales activities. - To support the business team by sharing their knowledge and experience in selling techniques.
