Common sense is a rare commodity for people who mouth think instead of mind think! They use Cord & Jubilee analogy to gauge every other facts pointed out... We arent limited to Jubilee & Cord school of thoughts that does not mind about Kenyans welfare. If you are ignorant of other information, lie low and no one will blame you for that, rather than pretending you know by scripting anger on other peoples walls... Its in black and white that the County governments have misused the public funds at the expense of appeasing individuals to suppress any challenge of their accountability, integrity and mismanagement. And this is what we refer to as betraying Kenyans...
