Commonwealth Marine Reserve Management Plan received a second disallowance motion by Senator Colbeck, he moved in the Senate on the 24th June that the Coral Sea and the other Commonwealth Marine Reserve Management Plan 2014-2024, made under section 370 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, be disallowed. [F2013L00425] Fifteen senate sitting days now remain, including the 24th to resolve the motion or the instrument will be deemed to have been disallowed. Once again, the waiting game continues on!
