Community Alert in the North Side Lake View neighborhood. A 27-year-old woman was walking west in the 1600 block of West Fletcher about 2:25 a.m. on Sept. 14 when a man tackled her from behind, according to a police alert. The man forced the woman into the common area of her hallway and assaulted her. The suspect is described as a 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-9 Hispanic man between 30 and 35 years old with a thin build and pony tail, police said. He was wearing a white T-shirt and jeans.
