The celebration on March 18 , was created by a bill of then Congressman Marcelo Itagiba ( PSDB - RJ ) , sanctioned in 2009 by the then acting president, José Alencar . In Rio de Janeiro , will be on Tuesday , April 18 at 19:30 at the headquarters of the Israeli Religious Association , a lecture by Joëlle Rouchou , author of a doctoral thesis on the migration of Egyptian Jews to Brazil .
