Comparing this, one can not but question the true spirit behind the worship and liturgy of the eucharist. But if someone says to you, “This was offered in sacrifice,” do not eat it on account of the one who called attention to it and on account of conscience; (1 Corinthians 10:28 NABRE) "If they say this was offered in sacrifice". Well the catechism of the catholic church says the eucharist is offered in sacrifice. See the last word in this paragraph. "Propitiatory", it means it is truly a sacrifice offered for sin. 1367 The sacrifice of Christ and the sacrifice of the Eucharist are one single sacrifice: "The victim is one and the same: the same now offers through the ministry of priests, who then offered himself on the cross; only the manner of offering is different." "And since in this divine sacrifice which is celebrated in the Mass, the same Christ who offered himself once in a bloody manner on the altar of the cross is contained and is offered in an unbloody manner. . . this sacrifice is truly propitiatory." This is done in rebellion to God. This is a blasphemous and heretical doctrine. An abomination unto God. Also the book of Hebrews is very clear concerning the "one time" sacrifice of Christ. Hebrews 7:27; 9:25-28; 10:10-14.
