Compassion and Peace Without kindness and mercy there can be no peace… This is a critical time in the life of our nation, as we need to ask what kind of a response we are willing to give to our Lord, the God of all Creation! Which way now America, in this life that we are living? Will we destroy ourselves or will we point ourselves in God’s general direction? It’s time to seriously consider what we were like in the past, so that we can build on the future so that peace might actually last! Unless all men become willing to embrace what is contained in the Holy Scriptures we will undoubtedly continue to create a very sorry picture! Our Founding Fathers were men who reveled in the word of God, and they believed in self-government – even today understanding this concept isn’t that hard! And yet so many people today seek to put aside the truth, because they refuse to acknowledge that our peace has come from following God’s words – just as our forefathers taught their offspring to do from the very early days of their youth! Is it so strange to consider that these Christian men were the ones who gave us the Constitution? Or is it even stranger that today’s warmongers seek only to control other men? There will always be tyrants and dictators and evildoers’ folks, and if we are so gullible that we’re willing to continue to support their ideas then we surely are the ones who are the biggest joke!
