Compliance and Self-Inspection(Deputy Manager) needed at a Japan base Bank! M/F(1) (Local Only) ***Responsibilities*** • Keep updated and monitoring oversight of changes in laws, regulations and rules in the country; • Prepare timely reporting to management of the offices in charge concerning the observation of laws, regulations and rules; • Prepare timely reports about the status of the implementation of compliance with laws, regulations and rules to relevant head offices; • Taking proper and timely action against any violation of laws, regulations and rules in accordance with internal procedures; • Dissemination of compliance materials, information, knowledge, awareness and training for staff in the office; • Acting as a liaison and co-operate with local supervisory authorities, external auditors and lawyers; • Editing and updating the Compliance Manual and Compliance Checklist; • Gathering information concerning laws and regulations in the country and the region for the reporting • Conducting compliance monitoring by using compliance checklists to ensure compliance controls are established in line with internal policies and procedures. • Provide support in AML/KYC, including performing review of KYC, responding to enquiries about policies, procedures and processes concerning AML/KYC. • Reporting to and liaising with head-office units and coordinating with other relevant departments in the role to support the Compliance Officer. ***Requirements*** • Working experience in the banking sector with Thorough understanding of financial products and services • Possess good awareness and knowledge of compliance and internal controls • Strong communication skills • Strong Knowledge in the area of AML process would be an asset • Degree qualified Interested candidates please send your CV to pyaesone.cdc@jobsinmyanmar
