Comrade Tumwesigye Eriya has pledged 20,000 as his Lunch sacrifice to the Uganda Needy Social Fund initiative. Thanks Comrade Eriya for accepting to be a prima and an ignition button to this gigantic social revolution. Comrade Fidel Castro of Cuba built a robust health system that he didnt need to go a broad for treatment. We can make it happen. The Uganda Needy Social Fund is legally incorporated under Certificate number 189964. We aim at mobilizing 100,000 members to generate 24 Billion shillings Fund. The 24 Billion Fund Agent Bank issues the Member a VISA card… In case of emergency, the Fund loads upkeep allowance for the Member and attendant on the VISA Card. Emergencies would include but would not be limited to human organ failures or threat of Human organ failures. The Fund in case of referral to over-sees would pay the airline directly and would commit funds to clear the Hospital bills…payments would be direct to the hospital and or on certification from the Hospital to the VISA card. The Fund aims at taking care of the children of members involved in such emergencies where it’s established by the Fund that the Member was the sole bread earner of the children. Where the member has and or contracts a communicable disease like TB, the Fund aims at isolating the member for treatment and provide upkeep for the Children. The Fund aims at establishing capacity for both air,water and Land ambulance evacuation system from the Scene of accident or violent incident of all casualties but would take over post accident etc costs for members…Annual savings of the Fund would be invested in modern Health infrastructure, equipment, modern land and air ambulance systems etc, recruitment of Specialists and sponsoring students in Health disciplines..etc. The Fund aims at changing the mindset of our people from readiness to bury ourselves to saving and sustaining our lives in distress. We the Needy can mobilize ourselves and have the likes of the Aghakan medical facilities here.
