Concern Students of VMUF CoP One reason why incoming college students enroll in a particular school is due to the belief that the university specifically the college department wherein students are enrolled at will provide, at all times, quality education; and apparently, globally competitive and professionally qualified instructors SHALL exist concurrently with what we call QUALITY EDUCATION. I, (Or should I say WE?), were contented when we first set our feet on to this prestigious college department. We had beau coup of resplendent instructors. And we use state-of-the-art facilities... But along with the tickling of the clock is the depart of a handful of very good instructors. I believe that this issue must be resolved. Yes, there are newly employed instructors whom I can say are EXCELLENT too, but that is definitely not enough. We need and we want more instructors in order to attain the ratio of 1 teacher is to 1 subject. We all know how advantageous would that be especially on the part of students! Its just sad how its gotten to the point wherein the quality education which the students rightfully deserve is being compromised. Im/were not questioning the capacity of the department nor the instructors to furnish better quality education, because I am confident that they all have what it takes to accomplish that. Im just being alarmed with the lack of instructors, and I hope the CoP will put this into consideration. Isnt it nice if we are being surrounded with SUFFICIENT eminently good instructors? :))) I just leave this sentiment with a question: HOW WOULD THE STUDENTS BECOME GLOBALLY COMPETITIVE WHEN WE ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH GILT-EDGED EDUCATION?
