Condolences to the relatives and friends, of those who have lost loved ones, in my birthland...Montserrat. The latest being, a member of The Royal Montserrat Police Force, affectionately known as Elva. She was one cool person. Her position did not make her act as if she was above anybody. In fact, her disposition, made her appreciated by everybody. SHE ALWAYS HAD A HINT OF A SMILE ON HER FACE. Anybody want to dispute me on that?????? This is one part of life which is customary, but we could never get used to it. I gone.
