Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. (James 5:16) I confess to you that I am made of clay that has been hardened, misshapen, and so flawed it should have been thrown away. But God, Who is rich in mercy, recycled what everyone else would have discarded! God will teach you and me how to live above our past, our fears, and our incapacities if we will confess our faults and pray for one another! Has your self-esteem been scarred and your confidence wounded by the divorce you just came through? Are you still feeling pain? Have you confessed your faults, or are you still confessing your spouses? Whether they were at fault or not, you can never be healed confessing the faults of others! Confess your faults, and God will heal you. The enemy knows that the most effective prayers come from the man who is fervent and honest!
